Despite her high-profile fall from grace, the petite reality star seems determined to stay in shape and is said to have taken on fitness training as her main hobby at the minimum security facility. After her morning run, she transitioned into strength training, and did some power lunges with weights on the track. Holmes – who is locked up over her fraudulent medical testing company Theranos – stuck to cardio, getting in a good run before receiving a visit from her husband, hotel heir Billy Evans, and their two children later that afternoon. The family visits her every Saturday and Sunday,

Holmes revealed in a recent interview. Speaking to People magazine, she said watching them leave ‘shatters my world every single time’.

‘The people I love the most have to walk away as I stand here, a prisoner, and my reality sinks in.’She made it clear in her prison interview that she still maintains her innocence although she acknowledged that ‘there are things I would have done differently’ when she was in charge of Theranos.

She was seen doing lunges in the morning before squeezing in some more reps later that afternoon’It’s surreal. People who have never met me believe so strongly about me. They don’t understand who I am. It forces you to spend a lot of time questioning belief and hoping the truth will prevail. I am walking by faith and, ultimately, the truth.’But it’s been hell and torture to be here.’

Holmes lost her appeal on Monday two weeks after telling People: ‘I refused to plead guilty to crimes I did not commit’.’Theranos failed. But failure is not fraud.’

The three-judge panel sitting in in San Francisco disagreed with her though, as it said Holmes had not proved there were legal missteps during her trial. It also upheld the conviction of her former business partner and lover Sunny Balwani and said the pair must still pay $452 million in restitution.

Her family made a day of their visit to the prison spending about five hours on the lawn with Holmes who was seen doting over her two little tots, William, three, and Invicta, who turned two this month. The disgraced biotech entrepreneur was visibly overjoyed to reunite with her kids, showering them with affection and playing with the toddlers around the yard.
