After overhearing Theo Poulos venting about the burden of keeping secrets, Harper resolves to tell Tane but finds it hard to keep his mind off Perri.
He admits the teen is everything he’s been thinking about. Harper makes an exit but before Tane can quiz her about her real intentions, she faints.
When she comes round, Harper’s sister Dana gets her to admit why she hasn’t told Tane yet. Harper explains that she’s aware Tane wants to be a dad so badly and she’s scared that, once he knows about the pregnancy, she won’t be able to make a decision for herself.
