HOME and Away actress Bec Cartwright looks unrecognisable from her days as a soap star pin-up.
The Aussie TV favourite, now known by her married name Bec Hewitt, first rose to fame for playing Hayley Smith Lawson on Home and Away between 1998 and 2005.
Blonde bombshell Bec used to regularly strip off and pose for a series of sultry lads mags photoshoots.
No stranger to donning a bikini, Bec became a favourite to be on the cover of magazines in the last 90s and early 2000s.
These days, the star looks worlds away from her days of glamorous photoshoots and sports much darker locks than her bleached blonde hair.
Having quit Home and Away in 2005, Bec made headlines Down Under for marrying ultimate tennis champ and Aussie superstar, Lleyton Hewitt.
The pair’s wedding made headlines in Australia with exclusive coverage splashed across the country’s magazines.
They even courted controversy over the years after being accused of “selling out” their children with a variety of deals.
Upon giving birth to their daughter in November 2005, Bec agreed to a big-money deal to share exclusive photos and diary entries about her daughter for two years to the Aussie publication, Woman’s Day.
Upon welcoming their third child in 2010, Bec and Lleyton opted to issue the name of their newborn child in a very unusual manner.
In order to discover the name, fans had to subscribe to a $2 text message subscription service in order to be sent the baby’s name via message – another move that courted controversy.
As well as being one of Australia’s most glamorous soap stars, Bec even enjoyed a glittery pop career.
The star released an album in 2003 after achieving success with her hits including All Seats Taken, On the Borderline and A Matter of Time.
However, Bec’s album was hit with mixed reviews with Smash Hits magazine only giving the record a two out of five stars.
