Never Been Closer: Home and Away Opens Up Direct Communication with Fans

James is now one of the longer-serving cast members on Home and Away after playing Justin Morgan since 2016. He stuck with the soap after the other Morgan family members all left the Bay.

Ethan has been playing fan favourite Tane Parata since 2020 and has taken centre stage in some of the biggest storylines over the past few years.

Actor and singer-songwriter Matt started portraying Summer Bay’s Theo Poulos in 2021. He’s also known for competing on The Voice Australia.

Emily has been playing Salt owner Mackenzie Booth on the show since 2019. Last year, she competed on the Australian version of Dancing With The Stars.

Dan became a huge favourite with Home and Away fans when he played Heath Braxton between 2011 and 2014. He returned for guest appearances in 2016 and 2021.

Sophie portrayed Ziggy Astoni on Home and Away from 2017 and bowed out from the Summer Bay soap last year.

Kawakawa played Nikau Parata on the show from 2020 and bowed out last year.

Rob portrayed Ari Parata between 2019 and 2022. His Cameo page reveals that all proceeds from the fan messages will go towards his mental health support app ‘The Feel App’.

Penny played Tori Morgan from 2016 to 2021 and has been tipped to make a guest return this year. The multi-talented star is also now a scriptwriter on Home and Away.

Lukas played Alf Stewart’s grandson Ryder Jackson between 2017 and 2022.

Harley’s debut in the Aussie soap world saw him play Josh Willis on Neighbours, but he later landed the role of Dr Logan Bennett on Home and Away.

Sarah played Willow Harris between 2017 and 2021, memorably bowing out in the wake of the show’s ‘Witness X’ twist.

Tim played good-cop-turned-bad Colby Thorne on the Summer Bay show between 2018 and 2021.

Olivia appeared as Justin, Mason, Tori and Brody’s younger sister Raffy Morrison from 2016 to 2019.

Lisa played Bianca Scott between 2010 and 2014. She returned to the Summer Bay soap for a guest stint in 2016.

Kyle portrayed Dr Nate Cooper between 2013 and 2017. He later landed the villainous role of Laurie Shelby on Hollyoaks.

Luke played Home and Away‘s Angelo Rosetta between 2008 and 2011, before returning for a guest stint in 2020. The actor is also known for presenting the Australian version of The X Factor between 2010 and 2015.

Nic played long-lost Braxton brother Kyle between 2012 and 2016.

Actor and musician Axle played Liam Murphy on Home and Away between 2009 and 2013.

Christie played Kirsty Sutherland from 2000 to 2005 and returned for another stint from 2008 and 2009. In 2019, she played the guest role of Ebony Buttrose on Neighbours.

Charles portrayed schoolboy Dexter Walker between 2010 and 2013.

Cameron has the unusual honour of playing two different Home and Away characters in quick succession. He played Ryder’s long-lost dad Evan in 2020 and then turned up as Evan’s twin brother Owen later in the year.

Tammin rose to fame playing Dani Sutherland on Home and Away between 2000 and 2004. She later found fame in the US, notably portraying Jenna Marshall on Pretty Little Liars.

Although better known these days for playing Neighbours favourite Terese Willis, Rebekah portrayed Summer Bay’s Sophie Simpson on and off between 1990 and 2005.

Former McLeod’s Daughters star Bridie played conwoman Susie McAllister for a stint in 2020.
