Here’s why concerned fans are buzzing over this ‘Real Housewives’ star’s appearance

Fans of Brandi Glanville are worried after she shared a selfie of herself looking drastically different.

The picture was also accompanied by an incredibly cryptic caption.

The star of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” took to X on Saturday and posted a makeup-free picture of her face looking worn out, as the post was captioned, “Sick It!”

Once the post had gone up, it effortlessly drew attention from concerned fans and questions about Glanville’s health arose.

“What happened? Praying for you!” one user asked.

In fact, many asked what happened to her face.

“What happened?” Glanville wrote the following day. “I wish I knew I’ve been in & out of the hospital this passed [sic] year 1/2 spent almost every dollar I have trying to figure it out. Some Dr.‘s say I have a parasite that jumps around my face. Some say it’s stress-induced edema. I personally say it’s Bravo.”

The star also said that legal battles with the network have her feeling “miserable and depressed.”

Over the summer, she posted about how that stress disturbed her appearance.

“This is why I’m miserable and depressed,” she wrote, alongside a selfie that showed her left cheek severely swollen and bruised. “I’m not even gonna share the picture of when it sinks in. Stress will kill you. How is your wealth? Take care of yourself people thank you Bravo. I couldn’t even work if I wanted to at this point.”

The star first started experiencing these symptoms around October 2023, when she was rushed to the hospital after she collapsed with a swollen face and eyes swelled shut.

Glanville told Entertainment Tonight earlier this year that the problems began last August.

“I’ve had some health issues that have affected my ability to talk,” she explained then. “My ability to taste food, my face basically would swell up, like I would have anaphylactic shock, go into anaphylactic shock constantly and I saw 7 doctors and their answer to it was stress-induced angioedema.”
