isa Vanderpump shared details about a recent encounter she had with Kyle Richards.
The former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” co-stars recently saw each other in public and had a cordial exchange more than five years after their friendship-ending argument aired on TV.
Speaking with Entertainment Tonight in December 2024, Vanderpump acknowledged that her run-in with Richards was one of the better ones she’s had since they became estranged, but she took issue with the perception that all of her former RHOBH cast mates are now considered “single.”
“Maybe not single,” she said. “I mean Kyle, I don’t know what’s going on with her,”
Vanderpump continued, “I met her with her friend [Morgan Wade]. It wasn’t a run-in, it was a passing, quick meeting, brief meeting. She did [introduce her] as Morgan,” Vanderpump added when asked if Richards introduced her friend as someone special.
“No, can’t give you the juice there,” Vanderpump noted.
There have been rumors that Richards is dating Wade amid her split from her husband Mauricio Umansky.
In an October 2024 interview with Access Hollywood, Richards said she doesn’t consider herself to be single. “Because you know, that implies that I’m actually looking to meet somebody, who I’m not right now,” she explained. “So, you know, I don’t know. That’s my answer.”
Kyle Richards Talked About Seeing LVP But She Did Not Mention Morgan Was With Her
Richards previously talked about seeing Vanderpump while out in public, although she did not share that Wade had been with her. During a November Q&A on Amazon Live, the RHOBH OG shared that she ran into Vanderpump and had an “interesting” exchange with her and her husband Ken Todd.
“I did see her recently actually and I said hi,” Richards told her fans. “She was with Ken. It wasn’t that long ago, like within a month ago or so. And she was actually friendly. Ken always gives a little kiss or whatever, and she’s a little colder but it was an interesting encounter. It wasn’t bad, it didn’t go badly, I will say that.”

GettyVanderpump previously told Access Hollywood’s Housewives Nightcap that when she ran into Richards it was a quick “Hey, hi, how are you?”
She stopped short of considering a reconciliation with her former friend years after their falling out over the infamous Puppygate scandal. “It needs to start with an apology to ever reconcile because you can’t ever pick up a friendship when somebody’s calling you a liar. That doesn’t work for me, at all,” Vanderpump said. “Kyle was a terrible friend to me.”
After ET host Brice Sander noted that Richards could have a new perspective on what Vanderpump went through given her own problems with her cast mates, Vanderpump replied, “Really now? Oh really what when everybody’s ganging up on her? So now the Louboutin’s on the other foot.”
Speaking with ET, she reiterated, “If it started with an apology then maybe there’s a conversation. But … I’m kind of busy,” she noted.
