“Awful”— The Real Housewives of Orange County fans criticize Heather and Emily talking about Katie’s daughter at the reunion
The Real Housewives of Orange County reunion part 2 aired on Thursday, November 14, 2024. The segment saw the cast continue their sit down with Andy Cohen as they went over the events of season 18. Andy brought up Katie’s daughter, Kaili talking about Emily’s twins saying, “Heather was mean to their mom.” He asked the cast whether they believed it and Tamra recalled finding it funny.
Katie apologized for the role she played and explained she never meant that Emily was a “bad mother.” Emily retaliated that Katie twisted the story and implied that Emily’s children were lying. Heather brought up Katie’s daughter’s TikTok videos, during which she criticized Heather and some of the other cast members and said she didn’t know what she ever did to Katie to warrant that behavior.
Fans of the reality show commented on the situation online and were critical of the way Heather and Emily discussed the issue involving Katie’s daughter. One person wrote on X:

“Katie’s daughter is a young adult… Who uses Social media. She is protecting her mother. And yes the other women on Heathers couch are fake,” a person wrote.
“Also, Katie’s daughter is a content creator who built a career for herself online before Katie was even on #RHOC. Heather’s acting career could never! Her nepotistic son could never!” a fan commented.
“Honestly, I don’t care if Katie’s daughter said it or Emily’s kids said it. Heather has mean girl qualities, and that’s a fact,” a tweet read.

In The Real Housewives of Orange County season 18 reunion part 2, Emily said she was “pissed” when Tamra told her what Katie’s children had said about her. While Katie apologized, Emily stated she did the “appropriate thing” and halted the conversation. She added that she didn’t make Katie’s daughter, Kaili, look bad and didn’t bring it up.
Emily added it was “hurtful” that her children were brought into the conversation and could have ruined Heather and her friendship. Heather told Katie she didn’t know what she had done to The Real Housewives of Orange County season 18 newcomer.
“And your daughter is going out to the world and speaking ill of me? Amongst her peers and put on TikToks,” she said.
Katie said her daughter was 20 years old and that The Real Housewives of Orange County season 18 cast member didn’t control her daughter’s social media activity. Heather said her children were also the same age and would never do something like that.
