Despite Mackenzie McKee’s recent announcement that she and Khesanio Hall are expecting twins, the MTV star recently discovered that she is still not divorced from her ex-husband, Josh McKee.
During the latest episode of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter, Mackenzie discovers that while she was going through her IVF journey and embryo transfer, her divorce was not legalized.
The Sun can attest that as of today, there has been no divorce paperwork filed in any of the cities and states that Josh has lived in.
In the shocking episode, Mackenzie learned about this news from her lawyer.
“We have been fully divorced for a year and a half maybe,” Mackenzie confidently revealed to the woman.
“When I was going through the divorce, I was in a financially really, really rough spot so I just drew up whatever I could online. We signed it and we didn’t go to court,” she said.
The lawyer questioned Mackenzie about their co-parenting routine.
“He has access to the kids every school break. He said okay. If I don’t have to pay child support, I will provide transportation. He has not done that,” she revealed.
The soon-to-be mother of five said, “He never worked, never helped, never did anything. I get in this new relationship and he picks up all the pieces.”
