#BreakingNews Search warrant issued for David Eason for suspicion of inappropriate behavior with a minor 😳😳

Startling new information has been released about David Eason.

The 36-year-old has been separated from Jenelle Evans since February of 2024.

While David was already facing legal charges for reportedly strangling Jace Evans in 2023, law enforcement became concerned about another serious crime.

A search warrant was issued for David based on suspicion of exploitation of a minor in June of 2024, according to The Sun.

The Sheriff’s Office asked in the document “that the court issue a warrant to search the person, place, vehicle and other items described in this application and to find and seize the property and person described in this application.”

The warrant stated that they had reason to believe that they would find evidence of “the commission of a criminal offense or contraband.”

They were looking for evidence of “first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor” and “second-degree exploitation of a minor.”

A North Carolina court clerk told The Sun that no charges were filed against David in the end.

Jenelle previously said in divorce court that she found inappropriate materials of minors on David’s phone.
