The ‘Teen Mom 2’ star Chelsea DeBoer is no longer filming new episodes for the show.

Why did Chelsea quit?

Despite her wild salary, Chelsea didn’t want to stay any longer on the show. Her apparent reasoning for quitting is that her daughter Aubree will soon be a teenager.

She said that’s the main reason behind her decision and that it wouldn’t benefit her daughter in later years.

This definitely appears to be a decent decision to make at this point in Chelsea’s life.

How much did MTV pay her daughter Aubree?

When it comes to the cast salaries, MTV is definitely tight-lipped. This means that there’s no public information about how much they’re getting paid.

This, of course, doesn’t stop the media outlets from speculating and estimating the cast salaries.

It’s been rumored before that Chelsea made about $500,000 per season of ‘Teen Mom 2’.
Chelsea’s ex Adam Lind once revealed that even her daughter gets compensated for her appearances.

He previously leaked that his daughter Aubree made over $50,000 for her appearances, this was a few years back.

It’s likely that when it was all said and done, Chelsea’s daughter ended up with a nice six-figure sum in her trust account.
