The Real Housewives of Potomac season 9 aired episode 3 on October 20, 2024. The segment saw Karen and Ashley argue when Stacey, Ashley, and Karen got together at Jassi’s house to discuss Gizelle kicking the cast out of her event.
By the time Karen arrived, Ashley and Jassi were already arguing about the latter closing the door over her van in Ashley’s face. Karen asked the two what happened, and Ashley said Gizelle told her Karen was not inviting the cast to her event to avoid a conflict of interest, but the latter sent out a group invite later.
Ashley said Karen wouldn’t tell them what award she was getting, while Stacey defended her and said Karen answered every question. This led to an argument between the RHOP cast members, which fans reacted to online. One person wrote on X:

In The Real Housewives of Potomac season 9 episode 3, Karen and Ashley argued about Karen inviting the cast to her event the same day as Gizelle’s. The cast member questioned Karen about the group invite and the RHOP star said the award she was getting was “very prestigious” and she wanted to share it with the cast.
Ashley told her when she asked her what the award was last week, Karen wouldn’t tell her and the latter said she was at an inquisition party at the time. Stacey defended Karen and said The Real Housewives of Potomac season 9 star answered every question. Ashley called her answer a “deflection.”
Karen brought up Ashley’s ex-husband’s alleged “b*tt pinching” which came to light after season 1 and how the cast member wouldn’t answer questions about it. Karen reminded Ashley she was in a case where she could have been killed while referring to her March 2024 DUI.
“Or, taken the life of somebody else,” Ashley said.
The Real Housewives of Potomac season 9 star Karen said she was grateful nobody else was hurt and recalled Ashley gifting her Uber coupons earlier in the season. The Bravo celebrity said Ashley was trying to be “shady.” Karen said she should have given them back to her so she could get her bunions removed.
