Heartbreaking News: Jake Ryan UPDATES heartbreaking news about his critically ill daughter

Home and Away star Jake Ryan is known as the hunky Robbo from Summer Bay, but the buff actor has decided to put his fame and money behind a new and very important cause, a 3-year-old girl named Eleanor Oakley.

The 35-year-old soon-to-be dad, has made a second public plea for Eleanor – who is suffering from a rare and aggressive form of cancer.

Eleanor is the daughter of Ryan’s close friends Rob and Jacqui Oakley.

“You hear these stories and these families are superheroes,” Jake told The Daily Telegraph of the Oakley family.

“They are the ones that are celebrities, and the doctors and nurses who are making a difference.”

In a heartfelt Instagram post, Jake called upon his followers to donate to Eleanor’s Go Fund Me page, explaining that the lifesaving treatment for the toddler’s stage 4 neuroblastoma is only available in the United States.

“PLEASE READ….we’ve raised 215 out of the 300k needed to get Eleanor over the US for urgent life-saving treatment.

“Time is not our best friend here. This is my little mate Eleanor.”

“At 18 months of age Eleanor was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma – an aggressive form of childhood cancer. Since then Eleanor has had multiple surgery’s and most recently a brain tumour, yet is still smiling.
