Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Erika Jayne is opening up about going to therapy.
During an appearance on the January 7 episode of SiriusXM’s “The John Hill Show,” Jayne said she attends therapy “every two weeks now.” She also shared that she has been seeing her therapist for many years, including when she was still married to her now estranged husband, Tom Girardi. As fans are aware, Jayne separated from the former attorney in 2020.
“People don’t know this but before Tom and I separated, I would go see her without anybody knowing, because I wasn’t, you know — I asked Tom like, ‘Should I go to therapy?’ And he was not into it. So I used to go by myself. I don’t want to say sneak around. But yeah. I did it without his knowledge,” said Jayne during the interview.

During the “John Hill Show” episode, Jayne spoke about her dating life.
“Well, the man department, you know, I’m single, so we need to get some man, you know, or men,” said Jayne.
She also said that in order to start dating “you need to circulate and be social.”
“One of the things that I did last year was to force myself to be more social and I will do that again this year as well,” continued Jayne on the radio episode.
While speaking to Access Hollywood’s “Housewives Nightcap” in November 2024, Jayne said she is not interested in using dating apps to meet a romantic partner.
“I’m not on apps. I would like to meet people but you have to go out to do that. And I have to be more social. So I push myself to be more social,” said Jayne during the November 2024 interview.

“You’ve got to be intelligent and you have to be able to have a conversation. I need a good conversation. I need to know that you are an intelligent human being,” said Jayne to Us Weekly.

In her interview with Us Weekly, Jayne referenced that her RHOBH castmates, Kyle Richards and Dorit Kemsley are currently separated from their respective husbands, Mauricio Umansky and Paul “PK” Kemsley. Jayne said she did not believe that the Bravo series has caused marriages, including her own, to end.
“I think anytime when you put a marriage on a reality TV show setting, the cracks are certainly going to show,” said Jayne to the publication.
