“Wear it proudly!”— The Real Housewives of Potomac fans react to Mia calling Stacey “boring”
The Real Housewives of Potomac season 9 reached episode 4 on October 27. The episode, titled Bunking Beds and Butting Heads, documented the cast’s trip to Lake Norman, North Carolina. After the last episode, in which Stacey fought with Ashley for spilling her tea in front of everyone, this episode saw the two squabbling again over the same topic.
Stacey also sat down with Karen, who told her she wanted the other ladies to like the newbie but someone from the cast had called her “boring”. When Stacey demanded to know who, Karen refused to name names. However, the camera flashed back to the ladies’ car ride to Lake Norman, where Mia was seen telling Karen that she thought Stacey wasn’t very interesting.
Later in the episode, Stacey found out that Mia called her boring. Mia even admitted to the fact and said that she found Stacey a little less interesting than the others. Fans of The Real Housewives of Potomac took to X to react to this.

Some fans of The Real Housewives of Potomac called out Mia for such a comment.
“Stacey is definitely not boring, Mia. The nerve! Especially when the only thing interesting about her is she’s a pathological liar,” an X user wrote.
“It’s hard to like Mia because she’s unnecessarily mean. No reason to call Stacey boring. None,” another X user said.
“What should Stacey do, Mia? Not know who the father of her child is? Would that make her less boring?” wrote one.
“And I’ll take Stacey’s “boring” over Ashley’s messy self and Mia BE LYING any day?!” another wrote.
Mia admits to Stacey being boring in front of The Real Housewives of Potomac cast on episode 4 of season 9
It started with Karen sitting down with Stacey for a chat, where the latter spoke about her divorce and how she planned on protecting her child from the information. Karen sympathized with her and said she wanted the other ladies to like her too, but one of them had called her “boring”.
She added that Stacey was far from boring. Stacey said she was positive which wasn’t what most ladies of the show were, which is why they might be finding her less interesting. Karen asked her to let people get to know her better because then they would know she was far from boring.
On a boat ride later in the episode where all The Real Housewives of Potomac were present, Stacey openly asked who called her boring. Gizelle said she called her “stiff”, while Mia owned up to her words. She added they all agreed that Stacey was a “little uninteresting”.
Stacey said she didn’t let such words bother her and giggled. Karen rounded up The Real Housewives of Potomac chat by saying that was the type of girl Stacey was— she was fun, but she was just going through some rough things now.
