“So, that’s when I took her out of public school. She was 5 years old and, I don’t know, it was like, why are 5-year-olds coming to public school talking about my sex life to my daughter?” Farrah replied.

“And I have to say that is totally fine. I actually think like it was OK. Like, at 5, I was like, that is not age-appropriate. This is when that’s age appropriate. So, she knew,” the MTV star continued. “This is so disturbing and these weird little boys … It was just like, I didn’t even know what to do with those,” referring to her daughter’s classmates at the time.

“She was weirded out that they knew?” Jay inquired. Farrah responded that she had to move as a result of what happened between Sophia and her classmates.

“Yeah, it was like, OK, I know I took over this whole community of like couples and their brains, but for it to go all the way down to 5 year olds? So, I got out of the suburbs. Bye suburbs. It was not gonna happen anymore,” the Nebraska native explained.

Farrah shot to fame on MTV’s 16 and Pregnant in 2009, followed by its spinoff, Teen Mom, later that year. She was reportedly fired from the show in 2017 because of her work in the adult entertainment field.

The My Teenage Dream Ended author’s first venture into adult film work came in 2013, when she starred in an allegedly “leaked” sex tape with famed porn star James Deen.

James, 39, said he allegedly refused to enter into a fake dating relationship to bolster the tape.

“What happened was that the company doing the movie came to me and said, ‘We want you for this,’” he told TODAY.com in April 2013. “I tried to tell them that I’m probably the worst person to choose for this because people are going to recognize me. Even if you try to obscure my face, people still know me and are going to know it’s James Deen in the movie with her.”

“If you’re going to make a celebrity sex tape and try to pass it off as an amateur home video, you don’t hire a well-known porn star!” James said. “You hire, like, some random dude.”

The adult film star noted that a sex tape was a great way to grab publicity at the time. “This whole thing definitely created some buzz. I can tell you that the movie’s amazing in my opinion. The whole idea of doing a sex tape is to get famous, get press, Kim Kardashian-style, right?” he noted to Today.

The film eventually came out in 2013 with the title, Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom. Farrah and James teamed up again for a sequel in 2014 called Farrah 2: Backdoor and More.

Farrah claimed in an October 2017 Facebook post that she was let go by MTV’s parent company, Viacom, writing, how they “fired me today” and “let me go because as a business mogul I act like an adult and part take in adult promotions and activities that other adults do for FREE or in private!”

“Sad such a phenomenal show will no longer have its biggest talent on the show because of women hating, sex-shaming, hate crimes, selfish, Weinstein company power trip behaviors against a professional hard working, honest mother,” Farrah added about no longer appearing on Teen Mom.

A day later, Farrah took to Instagram to claim production walked that decision back. Confirming she wasn’t leaving the show, Farrah said, “Viacom Legal confirms I have not been fired, I have not breached my contract.”

When she did finally leave Teen Mom OG in 2018, Viacom hinted it was actually Farrah’s decision to walk away. “We respect Farrah’s decision to pursue other endeavors,” the media conglomerate said in a statement. “We wish her the best.”
